1. Parties and scope
This agreement is concluded electronically between the customer placing an order through shop.mouds.com.tr and Mouds, operated by Ahmet Bilal Erbek at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mahallesi, Darülfünun Caddesi No: 21/A, Arnavutköy, Istanbul. The product, price, delivery and customer details shown at checkout form an integral part of this agreement.
2. Order and payment
The customer confirms that product characteristics, total price, taxes, delivery costs and payment information have been reviewed before approving the order. An order becomes binding after electronic confirmation and successful completion of the selected payment method. Mouds may contact the customer when verification is required.
3. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address supplied by the customer within the period stated at checkout and, except in force-majeure circumstances, within the statutory maximum period. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and inspecting the parcel for visible transport damage.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days from receipt without giving a reason, by sending an unambiguous notice through the available contact or return-request channels. Products must be returned complete, undamaged and with their accessories. Exceptions provided by law apply, including goods made to the customer's specifications, personalised goods, and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods whose seal has been opened.
5. Returns and refunds
After the returned product is received and checked, eligible refunds are made using the original payment method within the statutory period. Diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be reflected in the refund where permitted by law.
6. Complaints and disputes
Customers may contact Mouds for any complaint. Consumers may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to the applicable monetary and territorial rules. Turkish law applies.
