Parties and purpose
This agreement is concluded electronically between Mouds, operated by Ahmet Bilal Erbek, and the person or entity creating an account on shop.mouds.com.tr. It governs account, favourites, order history, address storage and related membership services.
Registration and account security
Members must provide accurate, current information and protect their password. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported without delay. The member is responsible for activity carried out through the account unless proven otherwise.
Rules of use
The site may not be used unlawfully, to disrupt services, weaken security, collect data without authorisation, distribute harmful software, infringe personal data or intellectual-property rights, or mislead other users.
Orders and communications
Membership does not guarantee acceptance of every order. Product sales remain subject to checkout information and applicable consumer law. Service messages necessary for account and order management may be sent; commercial messages are subject to the member's preferences and applicable consent rules.
Suspension and termination
Members may request account closure. Mouds may restrict or terminate accounts used contrary to this agreement or law, while retaining records that must be kept for legal, security or dispute purposes.
Intellectual property and liability
Site design, text, images, trademarks and other content are protected. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Mouds is not liable for interruptions outside its reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.
Applicable law
Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights and access to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are unaffected.
